Hollow 4D Studios, a cutting-edge 4D film and attraction company, recently won first place honors at the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) Expo, one of the industry's largest events. Out of nearly 1,200 exhibitors, four companies were presented the coveted Best Exhibit award, with Hollow 4D Studios' turnkey, mobile 4D attraction earning First Place for Best Exhibit in the 600 to 1,000 square-foot category.
Hollow 4D specializes in turnkey 4D theaters and 3D ride and attraction films, and has introduced an entirely new breed of mobile 4D attractions to the industry. The company's signature theming and state-of-the-art components combine to create a cohesive, high impact 4D experience, in both mobile and fixed attractions. The company's Senior Vice President, Sean Forgaard, commented on winning the award: "We are thrilled and honored to have been chosen. The competition was steep this year; there were a lot of amazing exhibits. We attribute this win to the innovation, price-point, and the overall packaging of our line of turnkey 4D attractions. In these uncertain economic times, it feels good to bring something fresh, exciting, and affordable to the marketplace. The small price-tag, big draw, and large throughput are a winning combination for a variety of venues, including theme parks, zoos, aquariums, museums, and family entertainment centers (FECs), to name a few."
