Virtual On-Site Support

Virtual On-Site Supporttm is almost like having your own expert engineer on-staff.  Should an issue arise, we can remotely access, control, and update your theater; you are never left to fend for yourself.  Provided your theater has a broadband internet connection (we provide the router), one of our expert technicians can remotely connect and troubleshoot your system.  For example, our technician can:

  • Communicate via real-time video conferencing with the operator
  • Control all connected subsystems to isolate a potential mechanical issue.  I.e. extend cyclinder #3 on bench two or prime and activate water spray, etc.
  • Access the theater camera to confirm issue diagnosis and programming
  • Install remote updates

The technology we use is well known for its reliability, however if an issue should arise it’s nice to know that Virtual On-Site Support is there if you need it.
